We are honored that you have chosen to sponsor the Oregon Gut Club.

1. Exhibit set-up times and your booth locations will be sent in future communications.

2. Vendors/sponsors are responsible for their own travel and hotel registration expenses.

3. You agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used to promote the OGC meetings. Promotional materials could include online, email, and/or print promotional works without compensation or advanced notification.

4. We try to accommodate all booth location requests. The meeting planner provides preferential location selection to Gold & Silver Level Sponsors. Booth locations are ultimately determined by the meeting planner.

5. If you select the 'offline' payment option -- payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the meeting to be acknowledged in our printed materials, rolling slides and other signage because of printing deadlines.

6. Refunds of prepaid sponsorships within 30 days of the event are subject to a 100% cancellation fee and/or deferment of Sponsorship to a future meeting. Cancellations more than 30 days out will have a cancellation fee of 25% or $500 minimum.
